Welcome to our online shop, and we're so glad you found us!


We may be a very small team, but we work with all the more love and passion to constantly find unusual and affordable products for you.

Unfortunately, we can't offer you a 24/7 hotline like you might be used to from large online retailers, as we handle everything personally and even pack your parcels ourselves. We therefore ask for your patience if it sometimes takes a little longer for us to answer your questions. In return, we take care of all your concerns personally and not through an anonymous call center.

Sizes and dimensions

We measure our products for you and provide the dimensions in the product description. This way you can compare them with clothes from your wardrobe or measure yourself :-).

This saves us both unnecessary returns and costs, and the environment also benefits from shipping routes that can be avoided.

"One size" (often also known as "one size fits all") means that a garment is produced in a single size intended to fit most people. The concept is based on the idea that a single size, through elastic materials, adjustable designs, or loose cuts, is flexible enough to fit different body shapes.
Since one size is not always the same, we specify in the product descriptions exactly which clothing sizes the products are suitable for.

One-size products are also particularly sustainable:
Reduced textile waste : Simplifying production results in fewer remnants, which is more sustainable. The lower number of returns also contributes to reducing environmental impact.
Longer lifespan : "One size" items such as scarves, hats or loose tops often fit through various weight gains and losses, which extends their lifespan.

Shipment

The goods are usually lovingly packaged and shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment.
If you order on a Friday, the delivery time will be extended accordingly due to the weekend.

We ship our packages with DHL.
You will receive an email from us with the tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped. You can then use this number to track your shipment on the DHL website and see when it will arrive.

Currently, in addition to Germany, shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and Austria is possible.

Within Germany, shipping costs are €4.95; orders over €100 qualify for free shipping.
Shipping costs within Europe are €12.90; for orders over €100, shipping costs are reduced to €7.90.

Since we have no direct influence on the delivery time, we can only give you the current standard delivery times of our shipping partner DHL as a guideline:
Germany: approx. 1–3 working days
Europe: approx. 3–6 working days

Once your order has been shipped, you will of course receive a tracking number via email.

Returns | Complaints

Items that don't fit or that you don't like can be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the package. As we are a small boutique, we unfortunately cannot cover return shipping costs.
Please send the return with sufficient postage, including a copy of the delivery note, to our address:

We would of course appreciate knowing why you are returning something. A short note explaining this would be very helpful.

Please always return packages with sufficient postage and not collect, as we will otherwise have to deduct the resulting costs from the refund amount. This is significantly more expensive than paying for postage yourself.

We also recommend a return shipment with tracking - then you are on the safe side if the package should get lost in transit.

Worn and washed items, as well as items from which the label has been removed, are excluded from exchange.
Furthermore, discounted items from the SALE category cannot be returned.

After receipt/inspection of the goods, the refund will be processed within 5 working days.

Refunds are always processed through the payment provider you used for your purchase. Depending on the payment provider, this can take several days and cannot be expedited by us.
The shipping costs we charge when you place your order are a flat shipping fee and are non- refundable.

We do carefully check the goods again before shipping, but even we can sometimes overlook defects.

You can pay with us using all common payment methods:
PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, bank transfer.
iDEAL is also available for the Netherlands.

Private Shopping

A boutique just for you? Then our PRIVATE SHOPPING PARTY is exactly what you're looking for!

Exclusively outside of regular opening hours, we open our doors for you and your 3-10 friends!
Far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, you and your friends can browse to your heart's content in our boutique. We'll help you put together different outfits and advise you on selecting the best pieces. You can try everything on at your leisure while enjoying a glass of Prosecco and snacks, and you'll also receive a free styling consultation.
And the best part: everyone who buys something at this event will also receive a small gift.

For your protection, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after you register, a confirmation email will be sent to you in which you must confirm that you are the actual subscriber to the newsletter. If the confirmation link in the email is not clicked within 14 days, your registration must be deleted in accordance with the GDPR.
